Any relevant discount shown on our website is eligible to use on your order, (Please Note Sales on our items will not make discount codes eligible to your item) These items would have to be full priced to use our discounts. (We do not usually sale our items so using our discount codes when they are out in seasonal promotions is recommended.

Product information, 

Items being sold with us may look different on various screens with different brightness or colour we advise you to use a normal brightness to see the products specific colour or contact us for more photos. (We use accuracy from the retailers we have and their stock photos) As well as some of our own. 

 

Pricing and Payment, 

Items prices and costs will be clearly shown at checkout, whether you have used a discount with us this will clearly be shown after entering the code for our discount. Shipping prices will vary on which country you are purchasing with us from and will be calculated at checkout. 

 

Order Process, 

After ordering from us you will receive a invoice and confirmation email (If you do not receive them contact us and we will have it sent to you. (We respond to customers every day of the week so your customer care is at heart with us) 

 

Shipping, 

We aim to send your items out 2 days after your purchase with tracking and the fees of your items. Your items should be received 1 to 3 weeks after your purchase times will vary on where you have purchased from us in the world. (Please note if you have used a faster delivery fee for the delivery times to be shorter) 

 

Returns, 

As a luxury store we do not offer returns unless the items are returned back to us with the tags on with no affects or defects on the item purchased. (Returns will have to be requested we will care for your order in this case after) If we receive your item with its original condition we will return your money in 3 to 7 working days. (If the item is not in its original condition you may not receive your money back and have the option to keep your item)

Payment, 

Multiple payment methods are accepted at checkout and our securely made through Shopify our chosen purchases handler. 

 

Declaration, ​

Any changes made to our website and store with regards to our services offered may change during each seasonal release of items. We will issue out new changes to our T&C's when the new seasonal release of items occurs.
